Terms Entered in Search Tools
When a visitor enters a name, location, or other term in a search box, the query passes to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Cibola County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s policy and terms govern its receipt and use of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If a visitor sends an email or submits a contact message, we retain the supplied information as needed to review and answer it. We do not share the message outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
Automatic Technical Information
Normal web operations can record limited technical and usage details when a page loads. These logs help deliver pages, measure use, and diagnose faults. The details may include:
- the internet protocol address associated with the request;
- browser name and browser version;
- device category and operating system;
- pages opened and the time spent on them;
- the referring website, when one is supplied; and

Purposes for Using Data
Collected information supports ordinary site operations. We use it only for practical functions such as:

These rights concern data held by this private site. Requests for Cibola County or NMCD public records are governed by the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, NMSA 1978 §§ 14-2-1 et seq., and must go to the government custodian.
